The job coach also works with employers and co-workers to develop support systems within the workplace for the individual. Job coaching is not used in every employment situation, but rather when needed by the employer or job seeker.
- Long Term Support- Hodan Community Services will provide long term support to those individuals who qualify for this service. Hodan Community Services staff provide assistance with negotiations, new training, and any assistance needed by the employer to maintain a good working relationship with their employee.
